Confidence is directly linked to the level of success we attain in our careers, our relationships, and all of our endeavors. The more confidence you have, the more likely you are to attain your desired goals in life. Unfortunately, most people struggle with a lack of confidence to some degree or another. They often feel that their lives are not nearly what they could be. This is why improving one’s confidence level is a goal for so many people.
Confidence is not necessarily something you either have or you don’t. You’re not just born with it. It is absolutely something that can be developed. Hypnotic suggestions are typically made in present tense. This tells your unconscious that you are confident now, as opposed to at some point in the future. The statements are also typically positive rather than negative. For example, rather than suggesting that “you no longer have self doubt” the statement would be “you feel confident in everything you do”. The theory is that the unconscious doesn’t distinguish between “you no longer have….” And “you have”… You don’t want the outcome to be that you increase your self-doubt.
